![]() ![]() Then I tried filing a formal issue on the website only to get to the last page asking me to click on a link, which I did and guess what? The link is broken!ĭue to the post office being 30 minutes away, I would have to take off of work to drive up there and probably be told some BS about why people cant do their jobs? I work too! That is why I ordered online to have my stuff delivered! My husband ordered something from a different retailer and his has also not arrived! Oh and I moved and tried to add a forwarding address, after filling everything out online, I entered my CC number to pay the $1.05 fee and it said the address for my card didn't match up! Yes it does! I tripled checked on the site and called my bank. "Press '0' for the secretary" same message as above. I called a few hours later at 2:30 and got a message stating I was hearing the message because it was outside of the normal business hours, which were just stated as 9:00am-4:30pm. Yes 2 1/2 hours! I called the local number and kept getting a busy signal with the message (user busy). This time, it says it was delivered and it wasn't! I tried calling the 1-800 number only to have a recording tell me there was a 2 1/2 hour wait for a representative. I have never experienced such horrible service! I placed an online order and not only did they not deliver my package, they left it at the post office and never notified me it was there. Please just free my puppy's toys, this is just ridiculous. I'm sorry to to be an inconvenience but it's post office's job to not only notice a key broken off into the mailbox and not to stick more mail into the same box but also to deliver the packages/fix the problem. To top it off someone else in the neighborhood was being a kind person and wrote a note on the mailbox stating that the key was broken into the mailbox. On The Summerville post office on Gum Street told me that the employee delivering mail would bring it to my house so I waited all day for someone on, waste of time and I should not have believed it in the first place. ![]() I have called and spoken with an employee at least twice. Now someone has broken a key off into THE SAME community mailbox (I already reported was faulty) in the North Creek Village part of Nexton and now two weeks have passed. We were told to have my husband wait outside to catch the person delivering mail to get our package.fine. The first incident the key given to us in our box wouldn't work in the community box for the neighborhood, so I didn't force it and called the post office. Summerville post office fits my needs and I credit the postmaster for that! I think some of those criticism I read is unwarranted and boils down to what I said, communication. I can understand why the phones are not answered on time but I would do just like it’s being accomplished. I-cannot get Don or Keith everyday but when I get a different employee I find them Great too. They are always working fast and always with a smile and always say what can I help you with next never trying to get rid of you. I deal with Don and Keith and they are the glue that holds this organization together. I know these GREAT employees Are inundated with business and overwhelmed probably every day but I have always got excellent service and results. You could do the numbers relative to that and see at the post office is one busy place and I don’t think it’s going to change anytime soon. I remember when I was young we had three police now the force is like 135. I read a lot of the reviews, and I must say that none of that has ever happened to me, and sometimes the real cause of a situation is communications. ![]()
